Kitchen conveniences offer refrigerator, microwave, dishware, filtered hot and cold water, Keurig, and a well supplied assortment of coffee, tea and condiments.

Reception Desk and Waiting Area provides a full-time receptionist to greet your guests, answer questions and be your on-site contact.

Monday through Friday janitorial service.

Conference Room

A professional, private conference room is available by the hour.

Conference Room rental is $45/hour for guests, $35/hour for Virtual Tenants and $25/hour for Tenants.

The Executive Conference Room

This conference room seats up to eight attendees comfortably with room to add more, includes a mini-kitchen and provides a professional experience to all your business meetings. This conference room has a front-of-the-room screen to use with your projector as well as a whiteboard.

Free parking, utilities, receptionist, daily janitorial services and kitchen facilities with free coffee/tea.
